Q: Are these shadowboxes custom-made?
A: Yes! Every shadowbox is made to order with high-quality materials. If you want a specific game, check out our Custom Display Shadowbox option.
Q: How long does it take to make and ship my order?
A: Since each display is custom-made, please allow 10–20 days for production before shipping. You’ll receive a tracking number once your order is on its way.
Q: Can I request a game that isn’t listed on your site?
A: Absolutely! Our Custom Display Shadowbox option lets you choose any game you want. Just let us know, and we’ll create a one-of-a-kind display for you.
Q: What’s included in each shadowbox?
A: Each shadowbox includes:
- The game case and disc, securely mounted.
- A high-quality frame built for display.
- A metal nameplate featuring the game title and release year
Q: Where do you ship?

A: Shipping is FREE!
Q: What if my shadowbox arrives damaged?
A: We take great care in packaging, but if your item arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We’ll work with you to make it right.
Q: Can I return or exchange my shadowbox?
A: Since each piece is custom-made, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or there was an issue with your order.
Q: How do I mount my shadowbox on the wall?
A: Each shadowbox comes with a pre-installed hanging system, making it easy to mount on your wall. Simply use screws, nails, or wall anchors for secure hanging.
Q: Will the game case or disc be damaged in the shadowbox?
A: Not at all! We use non-damaging mounting techniques, including elastic straps, corner mounts, or removable adhesive, to keep everything secure while preserving the integrity of the game case and disc.
